Set among restored 19^th century buildings once part of the Pearl Brewery, the CIA, San Antonio campus is as diverse as the culinary world itself. Located on the San Antonio River just north of downtown, the 20-acre Pearl Brewery site is developing into a exciting center that will be filled with cafés, schools, lofts, services, and events. The CIA classrooms and kitchens are state-of-the-art, dedicated to real-world experiences, creating an ideal setting for learning.

Our 30-week Culinary Arts Certificate Program teaches basic culinary skills. Credits can be transferred to the CIA in Hyde Park, NY, where students may earn Bachelor's and associate degrees in culinary arts.
Professional development for working professionals who want to improve their skills and further their career. The CIA, San Antonio presents seminars and workshops focused on the unique tastes, colors, and aromas of Latin American cuisines, as well as general management and culinary foundation courses.
Culinary enthusiast classes give "foodies" a taste of the CIA as they rub elbows with our Latin Cuisine experts, learning about and preparing regional dishes.
